Stroller Parking
To access the hollow, there is a staircase that leads to our sun-lit second floor space. Only foldable umbrella strollers are allowed inside the hollow. Bike locks are available in our ground floor vestibule, allowing you to lock your stroller to our outside gate.

Age 2.5+
All children under the age of 2.5 years must be accompanied by their adult inside the den and the meadow

Adults with children 2.5 years and older are welcome to monitor their child from the seating in our lounge area. We have laptop tables for your use. A staff member will be present in the playroom to provide support. Caregivers are responsible for the well-being and behavior of the children in their care. If a child over 2.5 years old needs additional support, their caregiver may be asked to accompany them on the playroom floor. Caregivers are responsible for the toileting needs of their child.

Shoe/Socks Policy
To help keep our play spaces clean, there are no shoes allowed in the meadow or the den. For safety reasons, all children must wear socks with grips or bare feet while playing

We do not offer transfers or refunds if you are unable to attend your session at the hollow. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We kindly ask that you not bring outside food into the hollow. We offer complimentary tea and coffee for grown ups sitting in our lounge area.

Older Children
For the safety and comfort of our smaller children, only children ages 0 to just before Kindergarten (5 years old) are permitted to play at the hollow. We look forward to offering play opportunities and classes for children over 5 in the near future!
